Ingredients
Butter 37%, cooked snail meat 20%, wheat flour, water, Chablis AOC 6% (contains sulphites), palm vegetable fat, maltodextrin, shallot, flavourings (contains wheat, soy), sugar, salt, white wine (contains sulphites), garlic 0.2%, cheese preparations (milk), wine vinegar (contains sulphites), yeast, spices and aromatic plants (contains celery), flavour enhancers: E621 – E635, colouring: E150c.
Produced in a workshop that also handles: crustacean, egg, fish.

Storage & cooking instructions
Ice compartment (-6°C): 3 days – Freezer compartment or freezer at -18°C: see best-before date on the side of the box.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
To prepare in the oven:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (Th. 6).
Remove the frozen snails from the plastic tray and place them in an ovenproof dish.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Monitor cooking.
The product is ready when the butter starts to sizzle.
