Garlic, butter and parsley

Handmade, these Canapés are prepared according to our traditional recipe with escargots, butter, garlic and parsley. This delicious and fine speciality is heated in the oven for only a few minutes.



Butter 33%, boild escargot meat 20%, wheat flour, water, parsley 3%, white wine (includes sulphite), dehydrated garlic 1,5%, shalott, cooking salt, natural aroma, spices and herbs (includes celery), yeast.

May contain  soy, crustacean, fish, egg.

Storage & cooking instructions

Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Cooking instructions :
Preheat the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Remove the box and the packaging foil. Place the canapés on an ovenproof baking tray. Heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve hot.

FOR A FESTIVE APERITIF: For this speciality, our escargots are with herb and butter on a crunchy baguette slice. It is suitable for eating with the fingers.

MADE IN STRASBOURG: Our canapés are prepared by hand in our factory in Strasbourg.
