Apples and cinnamon

You can also share a French tarte fine as a desert ! The recipe with apple and cinnamon is traditional from the Alsace region.



INGREDIENTS: Apples 32% (apples, salt, antioxidant: E300, acidifier: E330), water, wheat flour, double cream (milk) 10%, sugar,concentrated apple juice, rapeseed oil, modified potato starch, lactose, whole milk powder, salt, milk proteins, cinnamon 0.1%, natural flavorings, malted wheat flour, flour treatment agent: L-cysteine, psyllium vegetable fiber.

Storage & cooking instructions

freezer compartment (-6°C): 3 days. Freezer compartment or at -18°C: see expiry date on the side of the packaging.

Preheat the fan oven at 250°C for 10 minutes. Remove the frozen tart from the packaging, sprinkle the sachet of sugar and cinnamon over the tart and place it directly on the rack in the middle of the oven. Bake for about 8-12 minutes. Keep a close eye on it in the oven. The cooking time may vary according to the type of oven. The tart is ready when the pastry is firm and the edges have started to brown. Serve immediately.
