INGREDIENTS: Sour cream 36%, wheat flour, scallops*10%, water, salted shrimp 8% (shrimp, water, salt, acidifiers: E325, E262, stabilizers: E451, E452, colorings : E160c, E120, artificial flavors), mushrooms 8%, modified potato and corn starches, salt, mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, antioxidant: potassium metabisulphite, citric acid), rapeseed oil, parsley, fish stock (natural flavors (contain fish), salt, maltodextrine, fish powder, starch, herb, sugar), malted wheat flour, pepper, L-cystein.

*Scallops: Zygochlamys patagonica from Argentina (A), or Chlamys nobilis from Indonesia (B) or Vietnam (C),or Chlamys opercularis from Ireland, Scotland, Great Britain (D), or Pecten fumatus from Australia (E), or Argopecten irradians from the USA (F), see batch no.

Storage & cooking instructions

STORAGE: freezer compartment (-6°C): 3 days. Freezer compartment or at -18°C: see expiry date on the side of the packaging.
DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING

PREPARATION:
Preheat the fan oven at 250°C for 10 minutes. Remove the frozen tart from the packaging and place it  directly on the rack in the middle of the oven. Bake for about 8-12 minutes. Keep a close eye on it in the oven. The cooking time may vary according to the type of oven. The tart is ready when the pastry is firm and the edges have started to brown. Serve immediately.

Description

It is prepared in 8 to 12 minutes in the oven, without requiring defrosting, making it very practical.
