With garlic butter and herbs
Prepared according to our original recipe with butter, garlic and parsley, the Escal mini-stuffed scallops are a fine and savory starter, original and easy to prepare.
Butter (milk) 44%, Scallops* (mollusc) 40%, rehydrated garlic 9%, parsley 4%, shallot, salt, pepper.
*Scallops: Zygochlamys patagonica from Argentina.
May contain: celery, egg, wheat, soy, crustacean, fish.

Storage & cooking instructions
Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Remove the film from the tray.
Put the tray in the center of the preheated oven at 150°C (th.5) for 15 minutes. The scallops are ready when the butter start to sizzle. Pull the grill out of the oven and let cool down for 20 secondes before taking it and serving.
