With garlic butter

These mussels are made according to our original recipe with butter, garlic and parsley and prove to be a delicate and nippy appetizer which is easy to prepare.



Cooked mussel meat MSC certified (Mytilus chilensis*) 55%, butter 33%, rehydrated garlic 6%, parsley 3%, shallot, cooking salt, pepper.

*Mytilus chilensis breeded in Chile.

May contain celery, egg, wheat, soy, crustacean, fish.

Storage & cooking instructions

Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Cooking instructions :
Remove the packaging film from the plate. Place the plate in the middle of the grid of the oven, preheated to 150°C (The plate must not touch the walls of the oven). Heat the mussels for 14 to 16 minutes until the butter begins to sizzle. Pull the grid with the plate out of the oven. Let the plate cool down for 20 seconds before serving.
