With their pretty flower shape, crispy dough and delicious seafood recipes, these flowers will add the finishing touch to all your aperitifs and buffets. They are made by hand and after only a few minutes in the oven a true taste experience.
Dough (wheat flour, water, margarine (palm fat, rapeseed oil, cooking salt, flavouring, colouring agent: carotene); whole mild powder, sugar), butter, shrimp 8%, salmon 7%, coconut sauce (coconut milk 3% (water, coconut milk powder, sugar, maltodextrin, milk protein), lime zest, potato flakes, maize starch, lemon juice, chili), citrus fruit sauce (orange juice 4%, candied orange peel 0,6%, passion fruit juice, mango purée, banana juice, honey, potato flakes, citrus pectins, garlic, spices, saffron), grapefruit sauce (grapefruit 3%, appel, sugar, citrus pectins, dill, pepper, ginger), water, mussel meat6%, bechamel sauce (modified starch, milk derivatives ,skimmed milk powder, palm fat, lactose, wheat flour, cooking salt, crustacean extract, butter, maltodextrin, milk protein; fish powder, herbs, spice extract), cooking salt, chili, poppy seed.

Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Cooking instructions :
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 210°C. Place the tartelettes on a baking trayand and heat it in the middle of the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
